100% polypropylene Air Texturing Yarn 900D PP ATY Yarn
PP ATY (air-jet textured yarn), through using compressed air to make the filament air textured and the outer part of the tow crimped lightly, and then make it partially broken, finally forming a number of broken ends, which looks very close to the conventional textile method of short-staple, and finally get ATY yarn. The production process of cutting filament into short fibers and then re-spinning them into filaments would be omitted for ATY Yarn production.The appearance and hand feeling of fabric made of ATY is close to the ones made of short-staple, and meanwhile it is hygroscopic as well. It could be used to produce imitation silk yarn, cotton-like and wool-like fabric, which are widely used for apparel fabric, upholstery fabric, carpet or car upholstery.
Our company is specialized in producing of 300D-3500D polypropylene ATY, which with good performances of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, anti-mildew, good warmth retention, strong wicking property, sweat-absorbing and moisture-guiding, soft feeling.
